- 6 Open the bank account.
- 7 Complete the registration as a self-employed worker.
- 8 Upload and file the documentation.
For companies
- 1 Reserve the company name.
- 2 Open a provisional account with the share capital (minimum €3,000).
- 3 Attend the notary to sign the Articles of Association.
- 4 Obtain the company’s digital certificate.
- 5 Register the director.
- 6 Convert the bank account into a definitive one.
